Controller of the collected personal data process Legal framework and purpose of the processing of personal data Purpose: tracking of COVID-19 patient contats Legal framework constitutes Art. 6 par.1d GDPR which foresees that processing is lawful, when it is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. Additionally, legal framework institutes Art. 22 par. 1c, L. 4624/2019, which permits the processing of specific categories of personal data for reasons of public interest in the field of public health, such as serious cross-border health threats.
Recipient of the data collected Recipient of the data collected are exclusively the health authorities to enable the communication if a coronavirus case is identified at a later time.
Time of saving the data All personal data of the guests will be stored for the period of one month. After this period elapses, they will be permanently erased.
Your rights as regards your personal data process As a data subject, you have the right to update and rectificate the data. Furthermore, when the one-month period finishes, you have the right to ask to erase them permanently.
